Multiwire dielectric detector
- 1. Erevan Poltechnical Inst., Erevan
Description
The detector can be used to record either strongly or weakly ionizing particles. The paper describes the investigation of the multiwire dielectric detector with pulsed supply and millisecond operational and depolarizing voltages. Results are presented. At a density of 2%, the detector operation is practically stable up to t = 3 msec, whereas at a density of 1%, a decrease in the recording efficiency is not observed up to t = 5 msec
