Description

In this work, we have prepared nitrogenated Fe1-x Cu x alloys by reactive evaporation under a flow of nitrogen ions. After annealing, X-ray diffraction shows that we have synthesized the γ'-(Fe1-x Cu x )4N (0.05≤x≤0.15) compounds. The films were investigated by Moessbauer spectroscopy. The crystallographic structure and the respective positions of the Fe and Cu atoms in the compounds have been determined
