Zachariasen-Thirring model with arbitrary spin

Description

The Lagrange formulation of the Zachariasen model proposed by Thirring is generalized to the case of a virtually exchanged particle with arbitrary spin. The scattering amplitude is calculated and possible applications are mentioned. (author)
