The thermal self-focusing of a wave beam in an underdense plasma
Description
The problem of the thermal self-focusing of an electromagnetic wave in an underdense plasma is investigated and an examination is made of the spatial nonlinear development of the instability, assuming that a stationary state has been established. (author)
