Electrical and magnetic properties of the system LaNisub(1-s)Fesub(x)Osub(3)
Description
Electrical and magnetic properties of the system LaNisub(1-x)Fesub(x)Osub(3)(O<=x<=0.3) have been investigated. The system shows metallic behaviour similar to LaNiO3 upto x = 0.1 while the sample with x = 0.3 shows semiconducting behaviour. Oxygen partial pressure dependence of electrical resistivity is noticed in the composition LaNisub(0.9)Fesub(0.1)O3. (author)
