Radioactivity investigation and effect evaluation R in water-transportation project in Dahuofang reservoir
Description
The radioactivity investigation was carried out in the area where the tunnel of the water-transportation engineering was passing through, and the γ-radiation dose rate of surface rocks, the radon emanation rate were measured, content of radioactive elements U, Th, Ra, K, as well as αtotal of borehole cores, surface rocks and water samples were analysed and measured. According to the results of the investigation and analysis, the effect of radioactivity to engineering staffs and transported water was evaluated
