Scientific-technical conference Thermal physics of new generation reactors (Thermal physics - 2016). Book of abstracts

The collection of abstracts includes materials presented at the conference of «The thermal physics of new generation reactors (Thermal physics - 2016)», held in Obninsk on October 12-14, 2016. They report the state and problems of research and development works related to the thermophysical justification of innovative design solutions and safety of water-cooled and fast reactors with various liquid-metal coolants (sodium, lead) of the new generation. In plenary reports the consideration is given to the problems in development of thermophysical investigations, including thermal hydraulics and mass transfer of PWR, WWER, WWER-SCP reactors, fast reactors with sodium and heavy metal coolants, blanket of thermonuclear reactor.
