Description

Two parameters of an unknown distribution of foreign atoms in bulk material can be determined by relative x-ray yield measurements at three proton impact energies. A method of evaluation is presented and its reliability is demonstrated by analyzing Ag-Cu-Ag sandwich targets. (Auth.)
