Time characteristics of luminescence of the Al-ZnS:Mn-InxOy structures excited by single voltage pulses

Description
Study and comparison of brightness and active current oscillograms under excitation of Al-ZnS:Mn-InxOy structures by single voltage pulses are conducted. Inadequacy of the results obtained and solutions of kinetic equations describing the process of direct shock excitation of the activator by hot electrons is observed. Based on the results obtained and literary data analysis, existence of excitons transmitting energy to the manganese centers is assumed. 10 refs.; 3 figs
