X-ray diagnosis of thyroid cancer metastases to the osteal system

Description

410 patients with thyroid cancer were subjected to clinicoroentgenological analysis. 373 of them subjects demonstrated metastases to the bones. The group mainly included women aged 30-70 years. The metastases occurred most frequently in little differentiated thyroid cancer. The most characteristic roentgenological symptoms of metastases and features of their clinical course are described, depending on localization and treatment performed
