Improvement and application of the LEC risk assessment method
Description
For the limitations of the LEC risk assessment method that is only limited to the security risk assessment, and less assignment, discontinuity, strong subjectivity of L, E, C, and poor risk evaluation resets that affect the practical application of the problem, combining with the actual production of uranium enrichment and risk assessment requirements of safety and environmental protection, the author of this article improved the LEC risk assessment method by using range assignment that instead discontinuous assignment, and increasing risk assessment index of nuclear safety, industrial safety, environmental protection and occupational health, and unifying safety and environmental protection risk assessment and completing application by using the LEC risk assessment method.
