Structure formation and magnetic properties of solid solutions of scandium, titanium, vanadium nitrides

Description
Regularities of the formation of scandium, titanium and vanadium nitride solid solutions are studied. It is shown that there are two regions of homogeneity of solid solutions with concentration of each component up to 20 mol% and a region of heterophase state at higher concentrations of the solution in the investigated systems. The study of EPR and NMR spectra allow to assume mainly metal nature of chemical bonds in the investigated solid solutions of nitrides
