A generalized algorithm for developing the method of acoustic emission testing

Description
The necessary elements which comprise the method of acoustic-emission testing are analyzed, and an algorithm is given, by using which it is possible to develop further the technique of acoustic-emission testing of specific articles. An algorithm of the technique acoustic-emission testing, compiled in heuristic form, was developed for the first time in the fundamental parameters by one of the authors. By means of this algorithm a method was developed for the acoustic-emission testing of cryogenic equipment. Here the authors present an algorithm with refinements, which were developed as a result of work carried out developing the technique of acoustic-emission testing of cryogenic equipment
