Electrical properties of PbSe polycrystalline films under α-particle radiation

Description
The electrical parameters have been measured for polycrystalline PbSe films of p- and n-types of conductance subjected to α-particle radiation (E=5 MeV, φ≤1012 cm-2). The carrier concentration in the n-type films was found to increase, while in the p-type samples the inversion of conduction type was observed
