Ion time-of-flight energy analyzer with charge magnetic separation

Description
The time-of-flight energy-analyzer of ions with magnetic charge separation is developed on the basis of electron-optical transducer intended for laser plasma diagnostics. The main characteristics are presented as well as the example of using it in the experiment. The charge-analyzing system with magnetic deviation developed allows to record ion components of laser plasma with Z < 5 charge and ion mass difference exceeding 10-20% separately
