The possible decrease in ionising power when a relativistic charged particle enters a gaseous medium at a solid-gas boundary
Description
Preliminary results show that there is no significant decrease in the efficiency of neon flash tubes for recording relativistic charge e particles with increasing Lorentz factor over the range 20-3,000. (orig.)
