Reaction in In2O3-Nb2O5 system and certain properties of the phases

Description
Reaction in In2O3-Nb2O5 system in 500 - 1600degC temperature interval in the air is considered and samples certain structural and electric properties are measured. It is shown, that in In2O3-Nb2O5 system the restricted zone of indium oxide solid solutions is formed. Thermal expansion coefficients for InNbO4 compound are measured within 25 - 1100degC temperature range. Study of electrophysical properties of solid solution samples of indium oxide has demonstrated their dependence on Nb2O5 concentration and annealing temperature
