Description
The equipment for electron magnetic spectrometer enabling to perform heating, refrigeration, spalling, shearing, fracturing, sputtering and etching of samples without their removal from device is described. The described equipment is designated for application in the magnetic spectrometer with the 1.0 eV resolution and degree of contranst equal to 100 owing to the use of new adjustment technique
