The radioactive source distribution calculation and gauging nonlinear correction of multi-point source nuclear gauge based on the numeric analysis method
- 1. University of South China, School of Nuclear Science and Technology, Hengyang (China)
Description
In order to realize the linear output of the nuclear gauge, the multi-point source and single detector scheme was used, proposing three methods for calculating the distribution of multi-point source activity. Calculations were did respectively based on the design scheme, and the material level-cps graphs were drew out by using 60Co source. The numeric calculation and residual analysis was completed to correct the gauging nonlinearity and realize theoretical linear output. (authors)
