Description

Peculiarities of events with a long-term time delay Δt of the proton flux maximum with E>10 MeV near the Earth relatively to the corresponding flare in the Sun are considered by data of 1966-1980. West events with Δt>10 h are shown to differ by soft frequency spectrum of cm- radioburst (f ∼ 2.6 and weak meter radiation as well as longer microwave burst. It is concluded that time characteristics of proton fluxes and their energy spectrum are specified to a great extent by physical parameters in the range of the flare at the stage of microwave burst generation
