Application of solid-state track detectors for autoradiography of boron in steel
Description
The method of investigation of boron distribution in steel was described as well as the influence of the conditions in which the investigations are carried out at the resulting picture. On the base of the chosen examples the way of interpreting the results was shown and the importance of the method for physical metallurgists was cleared out. The possibility of the parallel use of the emulsion and nonemulsion autoradiography was described as an example, in investigation of the correlation of the boron and carbon distribution in steel.
