Description

Problems connected with an improvement of technical characteristics of high-voltage impulse generators (HVIG), used in high-power Russian accelerators are considered. It is shown, that construction of discharge circuit of HVIG with use of capacitors with operating voltage 200 kV allows improving characteristics of HVIG considerably. Description of the HVIG with the IK200-0.1 and IK200-0.05 capacitors, made in RISI, is presented

Abstract (Russian)

Рассматриваются проблемы улучшения характеристик высоковольтных импульсных генераторов (ВВИГ), импользуемых в русских ускорителях. Показано, что конструкция разрядного контура ВВИГ с использованием конденсаторов на рабочее напряжение 200 кВ позволяет существенно улучшить характеристики ВВИГ. Описываются ВВИГ с конденсаторами ИК200-0.1 и ИК200-0.05, изготовленными в России
