Description

Large-scale structure of the interplanetary medium and the solarcorona (as defined by recurrent high speed solar wind streams, their sources observed in soft X-ray and magnetic polarity structures) is discussed in order to present the framework in which cosmic ray propagation is investigated in subsequent papers. Es werden grossraeumige Strukturen des interplanetarischen Mediums und der solaren Corona (definiert durch sich wiederholende Hochgeschwindigkeitssonnenwindstroeme, deren Quellen in weichen Roentgenstrahl- und magnetischen Polarisierungsstrukturen liegen) eroertert, um den Rahmen fuer Hoehenstrahlungsfortbewegung abzustecken.
