Description
A new nuclear reaction code has been developed to palliate the weakness of GNASH, actually employed to create evaluated files. This new code is still under development but can already provide with results comparable to those given by GNASH. TALYS simulates nuclear reactions between an incident particle and a target nucleus over a broad range of energy: from a few keV to several hundreds MeV. Incident particle can be a neutron, proton, deuteron, triton, helium 3, helium 4 or a photon, as for the target nucleus all element from carbon to fermium is allowed
