110 proposals to win the climate battle with the CCFI - Territorial climate plan of the CCFI
Description
Based on workshops which gathered various territorial actors of the French inland Flanders region (CCFI), three main objectives have been defined regarding climate issues: to mitigate the contribution to global warming, to address the adaptation of the region, and play the inter-territorial solidarity. This publication first proposes an overview of the different associated aspects and issues which have been addressed during these workshops: CO2 as main greenhouse gas, energy savings, new economic models, renewable energies, agriculture, biodiversity and environments, air quality, energy poverty, risk management and water resource. It also presents actions and indicators (follow-up and result). Proposals are formulated for each of these aspects and issues. Other aspects are discussed about the content of planning tools (PLUI-H and PCAET) regarding space planning, economic development, housing, the environment, mobility, energy transition and digital planning
