110 proposals to win the climate battle with the CCFI - Territorial climate plan of the CCFI

Based on workshops which gathered various territorial actors of the French inland Flanders region (CCFI), three main objectives have been defined regarding climate issues: to mitigate the contribution to global warming, to address the adaptation of the region, and play the inter-territorial solidarity. This publication first proposes an overview of the different associated aspects and issues which have been addressed during these workshops: CO₂ as main greenhouse gas, energy savings, new economic models, renewable energies, agriculture, biodiversity and environments, air quality, energy poverty, risk management and water resource. It also presents actions and indicators (follow-up and result). Proposals are formulated for each of these aspects and issues. Other aspects are discussed about the content of planning tools (PLUI-H and PCAET) regarding space planning, economic development, housing, the environment, mobility, energy transition and digital planning
