Micro determination of ruthenium by weisz ring-oven technique

Description
A method for the micro determination of ruthenium based on its colour reaction with 2-nitroso-1-naphthol by weisz ring-oven technique is presented. Accordingly ruthenium can be determined with the range from 1.0 to 80.0 micro gram with a maximum error of + 4.00%. The reaction proceeds fastly, no laborious or lengthy procedure or special conditions are required. (author)
