Description
The measuring instrument for photometric tests such as enzyme analysis in clinical hospitals has a radiation source and a measuring device which is arranged in a casing. This device serves for the detection and evaluation of the radiation passed through or strayed by the specimen. The radiation source is arranged outside of the casing which has a radiation porthole. For the increase of the temperature stability the casing is made of a material such as cast metal, and encased by thermically insulating material. The photometers inside the casing are facing this, mounted on heat-insulating holders with high heat conductivity. Between the container of the specimen in the casing and the photometers, heat straying resp. heat carrying-off material is again provided. (DG)
Abstract (German)
Das Messgeraet zur photometrischen Untersuchung, wie Enzymanalyse in Kliniken, weist eine Strahlungsquelle und eine in einem Gehaeuse angeordnete Messeinrichtung auf. Diese dient der Erfassung und Auswertung der von der Probe durchgelassenen oder gestreuten Strahlung. Die Strahlungsquelle ist ausserhalb des Gehaeuses, das eine Strahlungsdurchlassoeffnung besitzt, angeordnet. Zur Erhoehung der Temperaturstabilitaet ist das Gehaeuse aus einem Werkstoff, z.B. Gussmetall, gefertigt und von einem thermisch isolierenden Werkstoff umgeben. Die Photodetektoren innerhalb des Gehaeuses sind gegenueber diesem an waermeisolierenden Haltern mit hoher Waermeleitfaehigkeit gehaltert. Zwischen dem Behaelter der Probe im Gehaeuse und den Photodetektoren wiederum ist ein waermestreuender bzw. waermeableitender Stoff vorgesehen. (DG)Files
