PMR spectroscopic investigation and tuberculostatic activity of indium (3) chloride complexes with hydrazides of nicotinic and isonicotinic acids

Description
The PMR method was applied to study coordination compounds of indium (3) chlorides with hydrazides of nicotinic and isonicotinic acids in DMSO-d6, D2O solutions and in polycrystal state. It is shown that composition of solid complexes in the solution is not conserved. Tendency of indium (3) complexes with the mentioned hydrozides to hydrolysis in the D2O solution is noted. Results of tuberculostatic effect of indium (3) chloride with hydrozide of isonicotinic acid are presented
