On a scattering cross section of X-ray divergence beam in conditions of sound instability
Description
The expresssion for the intensity of X-rays scattered in sound instability piezosemiconductors is found by the kinematical diffraction theory approximation. It is shown that due to one phonon interaction the scattering intensity increase in direction structural maximum taking into account divergence of incident beam
