Licensed operating reactors. Operating units status report, data as of 12-31-79

This report is divided into three sections: the first contains monthly highlights and statistics for commercial operating units, and errata from previously reported data; the second is a compilation of detailed information on each unit, provided by NRC Regional Offices and IE Headquarters; and the third section is an appendix containing nuclear availability and capacity factors, forced outage rate statistics, spent fuel storage capability, reactor-years of experience and non-power reactors in the United States. Throughout the report, statistical factors for periods greater than a report month, or for more than one unit, are computed as the arithmetic average of each unit's individual operating statistics.
