Ga Se detection for dye laser pulses

Description
The possibility of using Ga Se crystals for detecting dye laser pulses has been evaluated. The typical value of rise and fall time is about 10 ns. The spectral photosensitivity has also been measured in the range 0.35-0.64μm. (author). 6 refs., 3 figs
