Five appendices are included: Appendix A - Scanning electron micrographs, energy dispersive x-ray spectrometry image analysis and x-ray diffraction results of the cerium/cerium/zirconium-baseline samples; Appendix B - Scanning electron micrographs, energy dispersive x-ray spectrometry image analysis and x-ray diffraction results for samples made using high-fired thorium and uranium oxides; Appendix C - Scanning electron micrographs, energy dispersive x-ray spectrometry image analysis and x-ray diffraction results for samples made using pre-ground, high-fired thorium and uranium oxides; Appendix D - Scanning electron micrographs, energy dispersive x-ray spectrometry image analysis and x-ray diffraction results for samples made using pre-ground low-fired thorium oxide and pre-ground high-fired uranium oxide; and, Appendix E - Scanning electron micrographs, energy dispersive x-ray spectrometry image analysis and x-ray diffraction results for the Pu-doped baseline samples
