Synthesis of HTSC powders YBa2Cu3O7-x with different real structure and their use for preparation of thick films

Description

Physicochemical features of concrete structure of HTSC YBa2Cu)3O7-x powders feasible for preparation of thick films were identified. It was shown that this structure closely related with the possibility for derivation of particular temperature values of full zero resistance of the films
