Torsion bar drive for absorber rods in pebble bed reactors
Description
The torsion rod where the bar is placed over a torsion-proof, axially moving and hollow shaft, is worked by a gear motor. A spindle advances the bar. The spindle is driven by an oil pump and a cumulatively compound motor. Pump and motor can be combined according to the Foettinger-principle. (orig./PW)
