Liquidus surface of HfO2-ZrO2-Y2O3 system

Description
Liquidus of three-component system HfO2-ZrO2-Y2O3 representing an interest for creation of highly refractory materials has been studied. The liquidus surface of HfO2-ZrO2-Y2O3 system is shown to consist of three fields of primary crystallization: solid solutions on the basic of H- and C-forms of Y2O3 and solid solutions of the fluorite type
