Effect of the compositions of chalkogenide vitrous semiconductors on thermal resistance of films prepared on their base

Description
The method of proximate estimation of thermal stability of films of chalkogenide glass-like semiconductors according to a variation in their electric conductivity in thermal cycling is under consideration. Under conditions of smooth heating, film composition affects upon temperatures of crystallization beginning and end without any peculiarities in the character of processes going in these films. Electric conductivity temperature dependence may be explained in the framework of the Mott-Davis band model of glass-like semiconductor
