Electrophysical properties of the galvanic films Co- Ni, modified by the x ray-irradiation

Description
The electrical resistivity of the galvanic films Co - Ni, electroplated from the sulfate electrolyte in the field of X-ray irradiation is investigated. It is shown that under X ray-irradiation forming the alloys with the more regulated and perfect structure, which are characterized by the increased concentration of electropositive component and by the increased electrical conductivity in comparison with the nonirradiated films.
