Study of temperature dependence of ultrasound rate in the melts os semiconductor copper chalcogenides
Description
Results of investigations into temperature dependence of ultrasound rate in Cu2S, Cu2Se and Cu2Te melts are presented. Non-linearity of polytherms of ultrasound rate and adiabatic compressibility is discussed. This non-linearity is shown to be conditioned by fragmentation of microheterogeneities. This representation agrees with conclusions on investigations into electric conductivity, viscosity and density
