Dissolution constants of a 2-thenoyltrifluoroacetone azo derivative and stability constants of its complexes

Description
Reagent 4,4,4-trifluoro-1-(2-thenoyl)-2-(2-hydroxy-3-sulfo-5-nitrophenylazo) butanedione-1,3 was synthesized from 2-thenoyltrifluoroacetone. Stability of some metal complexes with the reagent mentioned was studied by potentiometric and conductometric titration. The results indicate that stability of the metal complexes changes in the following sequence: Fe > Cu > UO2 > Ni > Co > Zn > Cd > Mn > Mg > Ca
Abstract (Russian)
На основе 2-теноилтрифторацетона синтезирован реагент 4,4,4-трифтор-1-(2-теноил)-2-(2гидрокси-3-сульфо-5-нитрофенилазо) бутадион-1,3. Изучена устойчивость комплексов некоторых металлов с этим реагентом методами потенциометрического и кондуктометрического титрования. Полученные результаты показывают, что устойчивость комплексов изменяется в следующей последовательности: Fe > Cu > UO2 > Ni > Co > Zn > Cd > Mn > Mg > CaAdditional details
