Description
The author describes conditions of the construction of the nuclear power plant Cattenom in France and especially a contract from the point of view of a neighbouring state. The contract of these states illustrates the flexibility and large possibilities which offer the spare compromise of sovereignity. The compromise does not forbid the construction of a nuclear power plant near the border, but binds the admissability to general necessary conditions. (CW)

Der Autor beschreibt Bedingungen bei der Errichtung des Kernkraftwerkes Cattenom in Frankreich und insbesondere einen Vertrag aus der Sicht des Nachbarstaates. Das Abkommen zwischen beiden Staaten illustriert die Flexibilitaet und die weitgespannten Moeglichkeiten, welche der schonende Souveraenitaetsausgleich bietet. Dieser untersagt nicht die Errichtung von Kernkraftwerken in Grenznaehe, sondern bindet ihre Zulaessigkeit an allgemein fuer erforderlich gehaltene Voraussetzungen. (CW)Additional details
