Response of Cr-39 to neutron induced charged particles in the energy range relevant to neutron dosimetry
Description
The response of chemically etched CR-39 to protons over the energy range of 0.6 to 6 MeV has been studied. From the etched-rates ratio (i.e. VT/VB) measurements, critical angles are calculated. The response of CR-39 to protons, alpha-particle and C and O recoils using electrochemical etching has also been investigated. (author)
