Analog memory device with a two-step data recording
Description
A description is given of an analog memory device with recording in two stages, which is designed to record one-shot processes in analog form. The time required to record one point is 1 μsec, the number of recording points is 16, and the time of information storage with an error not exceeding 1% is 30 min. The magnitude of the recordable voltage is +-5 V. Multiple readout without destruction of information is permitted
