Description
The author first defines the part played by man in the nuclear power plant and then deals in more detail with the structure of his valse behavior in tactical and strategic repect. The dicussion of tactical errors and their avoidance is follwed by a report on the actual state of plant technology and possible improvements. Subsequently a study of the strategic errors including the conclusion to be drawn until now (joint between plant and man, personal selection and education) is made. If the joints between man and machine are designed according and physiological strenghts and weaknesses of man are fully realized and taken into account human errors not be essential problem in nuclear power plant. Abstract (German)
Zuerst definiert der Autor die Rolle des Menschen im KKW und geht dann auf die Struktur seines taktischen und strategischen Fehlverhaltens ein. Auf eine Diskussion der taktischen Fehler und ihrer Vermeidung folgt ein Bericht ueber den Iststand der Anlagentechnik und moeglicher Verbesserungen. Es schliesst sich eine Untersuchung der strategischen Fehler an bis zu den heute schon angebbaren Schlussfolgerungen (Verbindungsstelle KKW-Mensch, Personenauswahl und- ausbildung). Werden die Verbindungsstellen zwischen Maschine und Mensch nach heutigen Erkenntnissen gestaltet, und die kognitiven und physiologischen Staerken und Schwaechen des Menschen voll eingesehen und beruecksichtigt, duerfte menschliches Fehlverhalten kein Kernproblem im KKW sein.
