Thermal stabilization in the Fe-Sn layered system

Description
In the current work studies of the thermally induced phase-formation processes in the Fe(10μm)-Sn(4μm) layered system is obtained by the magnetron sputtering were carried out by the Moessbauer spectroscopy and X-ray structural analysis on the 119Sn and 57Fe nuclei. It is determined the heterogeneous phase distribution by the sample depth at isothermal annealing 550 deg C. The essential condition for creation of thermally stable local heterogenous by content layered iron - tin system was established
