Comparison Of Net Ecosystem CO2 Exchange Of An Extensively Used Grassland And A Protected Wetland In The Swiss Alps
Description
CO2 and H2O vapour fluxes were measured with the eddy covariance method at a grassland in the Swiss central Alps. The impact of agricultural management on the CO2 and H2O exchange is shown by comparing the fluxes measured at an extensively used area and a protected site. Whereas the CO2 fluxes where completely disturbed by the grass cut, the water vapour fluxes remained more or less unchanged. (author)
