Structure and electrical properties of mixed-stratified phases in Bi5Nb3O15-Bi5Ti1,5W1,5O15 system

Description
A study was made on structural peculiarities of crystal phases in Bi5Nb3O15-Bi5Ti1.5W1.5O15 system, their dielectric properties and electric conductivity. It is shown that mixed-stratified crystal phases in the system may be of particular interest from the viewpoint of their use for preparation of ferroelectric ceramics with high temperature of phase transformations and solid electrolytes with oxygen conductivity
