Late radiation injury of the skin and underlying tissues in treatment of oncological patients

Description
The case history of 3594 patients subjected to radiotherapy not less than 5 years earlier are studied. It is established that the frequency of formation of different forms of delayed radiation skin injuries is 41.5%. The progressive development of radiation injuries of skin and underlying tissues proves the advisability of earlier (preventive) treatment of patients with delayed local radiation injuries
