Electron paramagnetic resonance of Cr+3 ion in LiCrO2
Description
The electron spin resonance measurements were performed in order to investigate the electronic g factor and the effective magnetic moment μsub(eff) of a LiCrO2 polycrystal and to determine the EPR line shape. From the resonance field obtained by the present experiment, the electronic g factor and the effective magnetic moment μsub(eff) for this compound were calculated to be 1.975+-0.035 and 3.8258μsub(B), respectively. The Lorentzian shape of the EPR line was determined by the least squares method. (author)
