Crystal structure and chemical interaction contacting phases - YBa2Cu3Oy (phase 123)
Description
Comparison of the values of ideal crystal structure parameter junction σ in 'orthorhombic YBa2Cu3Oy phase-potential contact, substrate material' systems and results of YBa2Cu3O6.85 chemical interaction with substrate substances in argon medium is performed at 100-300 K according to thermodynamic simulation data. It is ascertained that structure parameter conjugation (σ ≤10%) correlates with the absence of chemical interaction; disconnection of structure parameters (σ > 10%) correlates with a complete or partial destruction of YBa2Cu3Oy. The experimental data agree with the results of chemical interaction study using thermodynamic simulation
