Methods of increase of surface electromagnetic wave resonator unloaded Q-factor
Description
Methods of increase of surface electromagnetic wave resonator unloaded Q-factor are examined theoretically and experimentally. It is shown that maximum moving off the resonator from waveguide walls, using thick enough dielectric substrates with high dielectric permittivity it is needed for significant increase of unloaded Q-factor of the resonator
